Most of the time I take about 20-25 minutes in finishing this building as a solo stealth player. Difficulty of this factory is similar to Shamway factory. There are dangerous area and trap room that is designed to kill you. But once you know the path system, it is not hard to finish this quest.

This quest also introduce 'locked blue door' that nearly broken as a secret room. Which you will find a lot of them in Higashi tower, that can prevent you from finishing the quest.
