Agricultural and Home Economics Exhibitions have played an important role in Prince Edward Island history. There is nothing like some good old-fashioned competition with the neighbours to instil the desire to do better. A trip to the 1873 Prince County Exhibition in Summerside divulges the diversity and prosperity of the county’s agarin culture.
This radio drama was recorded as part of the Summerside Arts Festival in July, 2023 and performed live at the Scott MacAulay Performing Arts Centre at the College of Piping.
