in this video, we are discussing about the enriched culturing technique in which we will study 🦠🧫.
1. in this method we prepare sample
2. then prepare the Enriched culture media and pour it in petri dish
3. and cool down it until it solidify
4. take the sample and make the streaks on petri dish and then incubate it in incubator for 24hrs at 37°C
5. after completing time observe the colonies
