in this video, we are discussing about the Pour plate Technique in which we grow the 🦠🧫.
1. in this method we first dilute the sample and
2. then pour it in sterile petri dish
3. molten the agar and cool it at 45°C and then take 15ml agar and pour it in above petri dish (having sample)
4. swirl it gently and then incubate it in incubator for 24hrs at 37°C
5. after completing time observe the colonies
