RECIPE-
Ingredients:
½ cup of coconut water
1-2 cups of spinach
½ cup of frozen strawberries
½ cup of frozen mangoes
½ a med size banana
Now add everything to a blender and give it a whirl until it's smooth and creamy. It's such a sweet and refreshing drink that even the kids are going to love this Green Smoothie! Such a healthy alternative to soda and milkshakes.
