開心果瑪德蓮
材料:
雞蛋 1隻
砂糖 55克
低筋麵粉 45克
泡打粉 3克
開心果粒粒 20克
開心果醬 20克
無鹽牛油 55克
事前準備:
1 先將無鹽牛油溶化
2 在模具上塗上厚厚的牛油
3 將開心果切碎
製作方法:
1 先將雞蛋和砂糖放入大碗內攪拌後,在篩入低筋麵粉和泡打粉
2加入開心果醬和開心果粒粒攪拌後
3 再加入融化好的牛油攪拌
4 放入唧袋內,放置在雪櫃內2小時至1晚
5 將蛋糕模塗上牛油,將麵糊唧至7成滿
焗爐溫度&時間 :
180℃焗11分鐘

Pistachio Madeleine
Ingredients:
Egg 1 pc
Sugar 55 g
Cake flour 45 g
Baking powder 3 g
Pistachio diced 20 g
Pistachio paste 20 g
Unsalted Butter 55 g
Preparation:
1 First melt the unsalted butter
2 Spread a thick butter on the mold
3 Chop the pistachios
Procedure:
1 Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and stir, then sift in cake flour and baking powder
2 Add the pistachio jam and pistachio nibs and stir, then add the melted butter
5 Put it in a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 1 night
6 Squeeze onto the mold that has been coated with butter and filled until 70%
Baking temperature & time:
180℃ for 11 minutes
