Unhooking Electric Clutch on the Counter Shaft and taking the Hydraulic Pump Belt Off On the JD 4400

Описание: Well as my day continued it was time to take the wires off the electric clutch and hydraulic pump and then get the guards off to get the belts off the counter shaft. Sounds so easy but its far from it ! I started taking bolts out of guards and found out I was going to have to take some out from top side threw the hatch under the seat, Nothing on this combine is easy to get to thats for sure ! Having never changed the belts on a 4400 before most of this is all new to me and I'm learning as I go. Who ever put the screws in the electric connection on the electric clutch must have been Hercules cause they were super tight ! Naturally I had to drop one of the brass screw and lock washer while taking it apart but I got real lucky and found them later ! LOL But after fighting this and hearing thunder I decided to call it a day. Sorry for it being so long but this gives you more of an idea how it really is to work on one of these.
