Hey Lovelies! This is a really quick food video. I started a 10 day Challenge which consists of intermittent fasting (16/8), low carb eating and working out every day during the 10 days. This is what I ate the first 5 days. The purpose is to reset my healthy regime and hopefully lose a little weight in the process! Ingredients are below. Enjoy!
Spinach Fruit Smoothie:
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 cup Fresh Strawberries
3/4 cup Frozen Mangoes
2 Tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Water
Garlic Roasted Veggies
1 Bag of Brussel Sprouts (sliced in halves)
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Half Red Bell Pepper
3 Medium Squash cut in large chunks
Salt & Mrs Dash to taste
Toss in Olive Oil
Sauteed Shrimp & Spinach
1 lb White Shrimp
2 Cups Spinach
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Sundried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Salt, Pepper to taste
Jerk Turkey Meatballs
1 pack of Ground Turkey
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
The Spice Hunter Jerk Seasoning Salt Free
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Other Stuff:
Brown Rice
1 Whole Sweet Potato
