For Chest day today I decide to stick to dumbbells the entire workout and run the rack. Starting at 100 pounds I progressively went up in weight with the 200 dumbbells being my top set. After my top set I worked my way down the rack performing as many reps as I could with each weight. I put the icing on the cake finishing the workout with some triceps.
