Red bell pepper – ¼ cup
Yellow bell pepper – ¼ cup

Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1½ tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – a pinch
Sugar – a pinch
Salt – to taste
Cornflour slurry:
Cornflour – 1½ tbsp
Water – ¼ cup
