Will said he’s seen a seismic shift in social values and consumer behaviours over the past 6 months and that now is the time for small businesses with values.
My top take aways from this chat are:
"Don’t bet the farm!" - yes you need to take risks in your businesses but for the RIGHT reasons, at the RIGHT time as this can be vital to growth.
You just have to spot the opportunity, be brave - otherwise, the competition will take it.
The current consumer wants to buy from businesses that are articulating personal values - NOW is the time of small. Will said something so magical - "we are only custodians of this earth - we should do our best to help this planet on a global scale"
Happiness is everything - so invest in yourself, invest in your staff and invest in your future.
