HELLO everyone I am HERE with a SWEET NEW AU.... so as some of you may know, i am VERY salty about how snowkit was treated in canon. I think the treatment of disabled characters in warriors, in general, is not great.

The erins are also notorious for forgetting characters existed. One of those characters was Mistlekit, who was Speckletail's kit.... at the same time as Snowkit. So she was never mentioned again and the erins clearly forgot that they had given Snowkit a sister.... but what if they hadn't?

So: The Mistleblaze AU!

Snowkit is taken by the hawk, and Mistlekit, his sister, leaves Thunderclan to find him, even though everyone tells her he's dead. She travels alone through the forest and eventually finds him! He had escaped the hawk and fallen, losing his way, but together, they return to Thunderclan after Firestar has been made leader!

Mistlekit eventually gets the name Mistleblaze, and Snowkit becomes Snowflight. You can also see the scars from the hawk form a pair of wings on his shoulders!

I'm so excited to share this one. I also have a spin off of this AU where they meet a deaf, blue eyed white kittypet named snowball, and it inspires snowkit to believe in himself, because this kittypet has been trained by his owners with love even though he's deaf, and he doesnt suffer from any self doubt, but at this point snowkit feels worthless, like his clan WANTED him to be taken, but meeting snowball fills him with pride again, and he knows he's valuable. Snowball decides he wants to return to thunderclan with then. They're both named snowpaw for awhile and Mistlepaw nearly goes out of her mind with how annoying that is, but snowball becomes Snowstorm. Snowstorm and Snowflight are boyfriends. yolo
