This is a Pilates Power bar workout that will challenge, tone and strengthen your whole body.
This 55 minute full workout will target every area of the body to ensure you feel strong all over.
Modifications are given throughout to ensure you get the full effectiveness of the workout, no matter your ability.
These exercises are physio approved and run by a fully qualified Pilates and rehabilitation instructor.

Ensure you work within your limitations and are aware of how your body feels before, during and after the workout.
If a movement causes discomfort or pain or you have been advised against it by a health professional then cease the movement and seek advise.
Do as much or as little of these exercises everyday to help improve your everyday movements.
