Layering is transitioning a movement from a base move and making it harder. Here I use forward and back kicks, horizontal hip abduction and adduction, suspended pike hold and crunch to form a smsll leg routine.
Tips:
🌟 Once your participants have the movement you are teaching then layer in the next change.
🌟 Use movements your participants are familiar with.
