This video shows HS2 construction in the West Midlands, around the A452 Kenilworth Road, on the section south of the River Blythe Viaduct and Balsall Common Viaduct.
HS2 isn’t only big viaducts—a huge part of the job is the earthworks that shape the route: embankments and cuttings. In this flight you’ll see Marsh Farm Viaduct, the Sixteen Acre Wood Embankment, Park Lane Cutting, and Horn Brook Cutting, with plenty of active groundworks across the corridor.
