Today was not good at all to be traveling. It was drizzling all day, but I couldn't resist going to this beautiful place to get another experience of Rikili Ella. Today I went to the middle part of the Rikili Ella which has a completely different road than what we traveled earlier to the top of the waterfall. The road was so slippery and it was a near-death experience. The rocks were hard to grip but somehow I managed to make it to the destination after twice more time than normal. First of all, I enjoyed the stunning views of Rikli Falls and recorded some of them for you as well!

Today I'm going to show a simple sausages fried rice recipe that takes about a maximum of 15 minutes to make. I bought all the ingredients from the local market here in Bulathkohupitiya. (Ingredients: Sausages, Eggs, Rice, Pepper, Salt, Coconut Oil, Carrot, Spring Onions, Green Chili, Garlic). More often than not, Sri Lankans use Coconut Oil for all types of fried rice recipes and they like their food spicy. Sausage fried rice is not commonly found in Sri Lanka because they use mostly chicken or Eggs. This easy sausage fried rice recipe was once taught by a local chef which I thought delicious and worthy to share with you. Cooking in the wilderness is not clearly comfortable but this is what I love and it is very relaxing. It is hard to explain the experience in words when you enjoying the view and the fried rice with sausage and egg with a relaxed mind. Enjoy!
