Pork Tenderloin is a new twist - Get it? on pork tenderloin. You can take a traditional pork tenderloin and cut 3 strips out of it and then braid them to create a braided pork tenderloin. We also made a apricot glazed to finish off the pork after it was cooked to a perfect texture at 145 degrees.

and gentry's smoke stack available at www.gentrysbbq.com
All 3 rubs combined to make one delicious pork Tenderloin. We served it over an apple slaw as Pork and slaw make a formidable 1-2 punch in flavor. To make the Apricot BBQ Glaze take 6 parts BBQ sauce 2 parts Apricot preserves and a little juice to thin it out so that its not clumpy.
