I'm exhausted. Completely depleted. Running on empty.
But I can't stop moving.
I can't sit still. I can't rest without guilt. I can't just exist without immediately thinking about what needs to be done next.
My body is screaming for rest, but my nervous system won't let me stop.
Because somewhere along the way, I became "the person who gets things done." And if I stop doing... who even am I?
That's not a character flaw. That's not just a personality trait. That's a survival mode identity.
Your entire sense of worth has become wrapped up in what you do. Your identity is tied to being the reliable one, the helper, the person who holds it all together.
And your nervous system has learned: Motion equals safety. Productivity equals worth. Stopping equals danger.
So even when you're exhausted, you keep going. Because your body believes that if you stop, you'll lose your value.
This is Day 5 of our 7-day EFT tapping series for over-responsible women. Today we're tapping on the identity that's keeping you stuck—the belief that your worth is tied to your productivity.
And we're starting to separate who you ARE... from what you DO.
In this 7-minute session, we're tapping on:
→ The exhaustion that won't let you stop moving
→ The belief: "If I'm not doing something, I have no value"
→ The survival mode identity: "I'm the person who gets things done"
→ The core wound: "My worth is in what I do"
→ The truth: You are not what you do
→ Your new identity: Beloved daughter, worthy because you exist
You are not your productivity. You are not your to-do list. You are not your output. You are not how useful you are to other people.
You are a whole, worthy, beloved human being. And your body needs you to believe that.
Your worth was established before you ever did a single thing. It's not tied to your performance. It never was.
You're allowed to stop. You're allowed to rest. You're allowed to just be.
