600g firm plain tofu

cut into 12 fingers
4 small slices of bread from a
400g wholemeal loaf, crumbed
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1 level tbsp plain flour
low-calorie cooking spray
200g frozen petits pois or peas
100g frozen soya beans
(edamame)
lemon wedges, to serve
for the tartare sauce
100g plain unsweetened soya
yogurt with added calcium

2 heaped tsp capers, drained
40g gherkins, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 shallot, finely chopped
