Make ahead of time and freeze until you're ready to have delicious homemade dinner rolls ANY time. Quick, easy, from scratch, and so delicious!

0:35 - Add flour to a mixing bowl.
0:39 - Sprinkle in yeast.
0:46 - Sprinkle in salt and sugar.
0:53 - Add butter.
1:00 - Pour in warm water.
1:03 - Pour in warm milk.
1:09 - Add eggs.
1:15 - Mix the ingredients well.
1:30 - Remove the dough and place on a floured surface.
1:35 - Knead the dough.
1:46 - Place the dough in an oiled bowl.
1:50 - Cover and let rise.
2:00 - Punch out the air.
2:06 - Knead the dough.
2:13 - Flatten out the dough.
2:16 - Divide the dough in equal parts.
2:27 - Spray the pan with oil.
2:35 - Place the rolls into the pan.
2:42 - Cover.
2:51 - Label the pan and freeze the rolls until needed.
3:06 - Remove from the freezer and let sit for a couple of hours.
3:15 - Cover and let rise.
3:33 - Brush the rolls with egg whites.
3:45 - Bake until done.
4:10 - Brush with melted butter.
