Описание: I am interested in how regenerative / nature-friendly arable farms have diversified their crops to low to no-input heritage and population grains, and how this has led to bakeries on-farm. I find this particularly important as I am aiming to diversify our current 150 acre conventional arable farm in Shropshire. I have worked in Dutch bakeries for several years where we sourced biodynamic population grains directly from a farmer that I also worked for. My experience has pointed me to some influential growers and bakers in Denmark where I would like to visit to discuss how they have structured their businesses.
