Exploring WILD Bowen Island!

We took a ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Bowen Island on a whim yesterday. Visiting this island has been on my bucket list for a while and Ted had a free day so we went for it. We found a hike around Killarney Lake that turned out to be perfect for toddlers and we finished the lake loop in about 1.5 hours. It was the best hike we've done as a family to date! Bowen Island is beautiful and full of nature. I've never seen such a big snake so close up before!
