Zamana, 16, is a bold voice for girls' education.
She started her own campaign to help girls in her Tanzanian community stay in school. In her village, many girls leave school early due to child marriage or early motherhood. Zamana’s campaign speaks directly to girls and their parents, urging them to value and support education.
So far, she’s reached over 100 people—growing her skills in public speaking and advocacy through her work with The Prince’s Trust and Asante Africa Foundation. The Amal Clooney Women’s Empowerment Award, sponsored by Charlotte Tilbury, honours inspiring women like Zamana who are changing lives in their communities.
