Описание: Hii, how are you doing? ;D Let me tell you something, sometimes the best way to fall asleep is just letting your eyes get hypnotized haha. I love visual triggers (as a lot of you already noticed), and following soft lights moving slowly in the dark feels cozy, hypnotic and sleepy at the same time. This one mixes gentle whispering in the beginning with deep visual triggers and layered light movements to calm your mind, slow your breathing and help your body drift into that sleepy headspace. Woo hoo hahah.
There are lots of bright-to-soft transitions, slow hand movements (like spiral ones), light scanning close to the camera (my favorite are the lightsabers), and a darker portion after a while so your eyes slowly start closing by themselves while your brain relaxes. I also included fiber optic light in a no-talking segment later on for people who love hypnotic visuals (like me! welcome to the team :P) and that deep sleepy trance feeling.
