Описание: Hey my friend, how are you doing today? I just finished this new ASMR video and honestly, it’s one of my favorites so far. I’m using a beautiful optical fiber lamp that creates hypnotizing light movements right in front of your eyes, mixed with close-up hand movements, whispers, soft mouth sounds, and gentle face brushing. The first part is in a "bright" studio setting so you can see every detail, but then I turn off the lights for a darker, cozy atmosphere where the fiber optic lamp really steals the show.
I wanted this video to help you completely disconnect, calm your mind, and feel that lovely tingling sensation ASMR can bring. Whether you’re trying to sleep, lower your anxiety, or just need some peaceful focus time, this one’s perfect. From whispers and sh sh sounds, to soothing visual triggers and slow movements, I made it long enough (over an hour!) so you can relax deeply or even drift off to sleep.
