At Home Workout For Beginners

This is a follow up from the " Getting Motivated to Workout st Home" video. If you are sedentary or new to exercise, watch this through first, and then give the exercises a try. Be sure to have a timer with your time set and water. These are the exercises:
1) Low impact Cardio warm- up ( as warm-up or cardio on it's own for time)
2) Plank for time
3) Glute Bridge - 10 reps
4) Push- ups - 10 reps
5) Squat - 10 reps
These next ones can be added one by one or you can do each one for 10 reps. You can use water bottles that fit in your hands as well as a jug or gallan that you hold in both hands.
6) Bicep Curls - 10 reps
7) Overhead Press - 10 reps
8) Rows 10 - reps
9) Front Raise- 10 reps
10) Side Raise - 10 reps
**Stay Hydrated and stretch when done*
