Описание: This is an interesting little prelude in d minor by the Dutch master from his opus 31, "24 Canonische Choralvorspiele" (24 canonic chorale preludes), in which there is one prelude in each of the 12 major and minor tonal keys. Guess what van Eyken was inspired or influenced by, probably as a result of his studies in Dresden and Leipzig? Today's piece is marked "In Canone all' Ottava" and carries the canon lines in the soprano and tenor voices at a distance of an octave. The piece is being presented with one repetition.
