Serves 1
Ingredients:
MTS PB Cookies and Cream
2 Tbs Flour
1 Tbs Oats
1 Tbs Splenda
1 large egg
5 grams melted coconut oil
1/2 Tbs choc chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl through the oats. In a separate bowl mix whole egg and coconut oil together. Add splenda to this mix. Then add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until cookie dough batter consistency is reached (if needed add a little milk or water if too dry).
Spray a mini skillet or oven safe dish with non stick spray and spread batter. Add chocolate chips on top. Place in the oven and bake for 6-10 minutes.
