This special edition is a tribute to the strength, creativity, and wisdom of women who inspire transformation through curiosity, compassion, and courage.

Where we place our #attention shapes the quality of our life. Every day, in less than 15 minutes, we share a story that sparks reflection and expands the way we think.
Today marks the 219th day of this journey, and we are proud to feature Sofía Tuane Foeldes, a former national volleyball player for Chile, lawyer, executive coach, and TEDx speaker. Her journey from the volleyball court to leadership coaching reflects the power of staying curious and embracing the full spectrum of human potential.

In her TEDx talk “Are We Chasing Dreams or Just Running?”, Sofía reflects on years of chasing achievements only to realize that success without awareness can leave us feeling empty. Her story reminds us that growth is not only about reaching goals but also about finding joy, flow, and purpose in the present moment.

Together with my wife Vivian (Hang Phung) Tran, we have spent over 12,000 hours engaging in more than 1,200 deep conversations across 93 countries. This journey gave birth to Rewire Thinking Lab and helloNEWNESS, both dedicated to helping individuals and organizations move through change with clarity, vitality, and newness.
