This recipe of Nattu kozhi kulambu is simple yet one of the most favored nonveg curries because it suits as a side dish for idly/dosa and almost all the breakfast items and also for rice. This dish is usually prepared Sunday morning and had for breakfast with idli/dosa, then for lunch with rice and for dinner again. The taste dominates as it does not diminish the interest on it though had very often.
Ingredients
Country Chicken / Nattu Kozhi - 1 kg
Indian Sesame Oil / Nala Ennai / Gingelly oil - 5 Spoon
Shallots / Small Onion - 15 chopped
Ginger Garlic paste - 3 Spoon
Tomatoes - 3 large chopped
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Chilli powder - 1 Spoon
Coriander powder- 2 Spoon
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro a handful
Whole Pepper - 1 Spoon
Cumin - 1 Spoon
Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1/4 Spoon
Cloves / Krambu - 2
Cinnamon / Pattai -1 small stick
carddamom - 2
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Badam - 4
