KFC fried chicken is one of the most requested recipe on my blog. I wanted to make it for quite sometime The chicken was so tasty. It was crispy and juicy and so moist and flavourful.
Ingredients
For marinating chicken:
• 1kG chicken
• salt to taste
• 1 Spoon red chilli powder
• 1 Spoon pepper powder
• 1 Spoon ginger garlic paste
• 2 Spoon Tomato Sause
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 lemon juice
For coating the chicken:
• 2 cup maida/all purpose flour
• 1/2 cornflour
• salt to taste
• 1 spoon chilli powder/paprika powder
• 1 spoon pepper powder
• 1 Spoon oregano
• 1/2 Turmeric powder
• oil for deep frying
Garlic Sause
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 lemon juice
• white egg
• 1/2 spoon sugar
• 1/2 Spoon salt
• 1 cup oil
