Deep Fried Calzone Recipe:
Use Quick Bread Recipe dough ( Makes 2 Calzones )
Add a layer of cheese 2 oz
Add a layer of toppings
Add a 2nd layer of cheese 2 oz
Add a 2nd layer of toppings
Add 4 oz extra cheese
Twist and seal
Deep Fry on 375 until Golden Brown
Top with San Marzano Sauce
Top with Provolone
Bake 375 10 min
Top with Rob's Seasoning & Serve

Robs Seasoning:
Heavy Tbsp of Parmesan (Grated)
1/4 tsp of Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp of Oregano (Italian)
