Garlic Bread Recipe with 4 Types of Garlic!

Garlic Oil & Toasted Garlic Chips Recipe:
Olive Oil (Enough to cover bottom of small skillet)
6 Cloves of Garlic thinly sliced
Let simmer on medium low until golden brown and crispy
Separate Oil and Toasted Garlic Chips, reserve boith.

Roasted Garlic Paste Recipe:
Create a foil boat
Slice clove of garlic almost all the way through, add olive oil inside.
Place clove in foil board, drizzle olive oil on top
Sprinkle with Kosher Salt
Seal the foil boat & bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
Squeeze cloves into bowl and sprinkle kosher salt on top
Smash with a fork into a smooth paste. Remove and hard brown bits.

Garlic Bread Recipe:
1 Cup 110°-115°F Water
2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast (1 Packet)
1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1 Tbsp Garlic Oil (See Recipe above)
1 Tbsp Honey Powder (Can substitute actual honey if preferred)
1 1/2 Tbsp of Roasted Garlic Paste (See Recipe above)
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan (Kraft/Cheap)
Let raise for 1 hour in warm place.
Shape your dough into a loaf and place on parchment paper to prevent sticking
Let raise for 1 hour covered
Bake at 375°F for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown

Three Cheese Blend Recipe
Shred 3/4 lb of Mozzarella
Shred 3/4 lb of Provolone
Shred 3/4 lb of Fontina

Toasted Garlic Parmesan Recipe:
1/4 Cup (Appx./6 Cloves) of Powdered Toasted Garlic Chips
1/4 Cup (Appx./To Taste) of Parmesan (Kraft/Cheap)

Garlic Cheese Bread Recipe:
Slice Garlic Loaf in half
Toast under broiler for a few minutes until gold brown and crispy inside
Butter both halves with a half stick of Kerrygold butter each half
Sprinkle with Kosher Salt evenly both halves
Sprinkle with Toasted Garlic Parmesan
Cover with lots of 3 cheese blend
Bake at 375°F Until Melted and Lightly Browned
