Keep the boss debuffed with Slow II, Paralyze II and Dia II. Prioritize Slow II because it removes the haste that the boss will absorb from you.
Keep Utsusemi and Stoneskin up. Be noted that Stoneskin is not absorbed.
Let the boss absorb only 3-4 useless buffs per phase (de-activate the rest before absorb phase):
Absorb 100%: Gain-DEX only (1)
Absorb 75%: Gain-DEX, Utsusemi, Haste, Refresh (4)
Absorb 50%: Gain-DEX, Utsusemi, Haste (3)
Absorb 25%: Gain-DEX, Utsusemi, Haste (3)
Absorb 10%: Gain-DEX, Utsusemi, Haste, Refresh (4)
After that, you can full buff and finish the boss.
The minimum buffs that you need between phases to deal decent damage are: Haste, Temper II, Enspell and Gain-DEX (for Chant Du Cygne).
Fight the boss near the wall, so in case you get killed, you can raise without agroing the boss; this is also useful when the boss uses the knockback.
Don't forget to bring few remedies, panaceas and holy waters.
