Описание: Get ready to SWEAT!! This efficient 30 minute class is a mix between animal flow, cardio hiit, plyometrics and mobility drills and a little bit of yoga stretches. Basically all my favorite movements! whatever MOOD you're in now, be prepared to exercise your way clean out of it by the end of this session. Leaving your heart pumping and your mind uplifted. Make Movement Magic.

Warm up your body to ease into cardio burst challenges and cool down at the end with a nice relaxing stretch. I'll be using some primal movements in some of the exercises like ape crawls and crab reaches. If you don't know yet, you will soon :)

No equipment, no talking, just let the music take you into it.
