Ingredients(For two serving)/食材(两人份):
云南红米线 150g Yunnan Red Rice Noodle 150g
油麦菜 40g Romaine Lettuce 40g
秀珍菇 120g Small Oyster Mushroom 120g
鲜腐竹 120g Fresh Tofu Skin 120g
包浆豆腐 150g Tofu 150g
熟鹰嘴豆 100g Cooked Chickpea 100g
云南酸腌菜 60g Yunnan Pickled Vegetables 60g
豆浆 250ml Soy milk 250ml
清水 800ml Water 800ml
香菜 适量 Coriander to taste
调味料/Seasoning:
生抽1.5大匙 Soy sauce 1.5 Tbsp
油辣子 一大匙(油辣子越香味道越加分哦)1Tbsp Chili oil
盐 一小匙 1Tsp salt
糖1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp sugar
大蒜 两瓣 2 Cloves of Garlic
生姜 5g Ginger 5g
小米辣 一个 1 Tabasco pepper
TIPS:
1.如果你喜欢浓郁一些可以减少清水用量多加豆浆
2.米线种类不受限制,粗细根据自己喜好选择
1. If you like richer soup, you can reduce the amount of water and add more soy milk
2. There are no restrictions to the types of rice noodles
