Week 8: House Tour! | Ryan Homes Versailles Construction Update

Описание: It's Week 8 in this Versailles build, and with the roof finally on and all staircases in place, it's time for a house tour!

In this video, you'll get to see additional progress that's taken place since the Week 7 mark. This mainly includes the installation of the asphalt shingles on the roof, the start of both plumbing and HVAC work, and the installation of stairs to the second floor and basement. And because the stairs are now installed, the majority of this video includes a full house tour of the build of this stage, covering all major rooms and progress on the main level, second level and basement. This footage was captured on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Plenty more updates to come! Be on the lookout for the next update, which will include further progress along the exterior including the installation of house wrap, as well as progress on the interior functions of the home for plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
