Enjoy the slow pranayama breathing exercise for balance. Inhale and exhale are equal length with brief pauses in between
Breathe in 8 seconds,
Pause 1 second,
Breathe out 8 seconds,
Pause 1 second.
You can breathe in and out through your nose, but it may be easier to exhale through your mouth like you are blowing out a candle.
