Описание: Passing by a grill full of ‘Auntie Rabbits’ amazing recipes was just not possible for me today - going back for a full food exploration was the only possible outcome!!

Welcome to the Mekong River - welcome back to what must be one of the most peaceful areas in the entire world. Hanging out with local families like this is always a highlight for any Travel, anywhere (and it also happens to be the #1 reason why this area has such a huge amount of memories for me - 11 years and counting).

The huge Mekong River forms more than half of the border between Thailand and Laos. What this means is that this river has been a crucial source of food both for Thailand and Laos for millennia, not least of which is the FISH feasts like the one we have together today!

Although I've had most of these recipes before, I never knew how to make them! And besides this learning, its so wonderful today to make the acquaintance of 'Auntie Rabbit' (Pa Kra-Tai), blessing us with friendship and amazing food, yet another super cool situation I can welcome you to today, and another beautiful memory I can take away from this place as well.
