I’m sharing simple and delicious recipes, and my saturday routines, giving you a glimpse behind the scenes of a photoshoot, and talking about the little joys that make each day feel special. Potato Pie
🔸 Ingredients:
• 3–4 new potatoes
• 300 g chicken breast
• 150 g mushrooms
• 1 onion
• Cherry tomatoes
• Salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic
• 3 eggs
• 200 g (about 7 oz) sour cream
• Grated cheese (the author used mozzarella)
• Olive oil

🔸 Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes:
Shape a potato base with edges in a baking dish. Drizzle the boiled potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and paprika.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
2. Make the filling:
Dice the chicken breast, mushrooms, and onion.
Sauté with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried garlic until cooked.
3. Assemble the pie:
Place the filling on top of the baked potatoes.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and pour over the mixture of:
– sour cream
– eggs
– salt and pepper
Sprinkle with cheese on top.
4. Bake:
Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
5. Serve:
Let cool slightly and enjoy! Bon appétit ❤️
