GetBird in Birdhaven, Johannesburg, is a bagel and coffee spot that's been making waves but it's their R250 monster sandwich, "The Big Boy," that caught our attention. 350g of 18-hour smoked brisket piled so high it needs 3 slices of bread to hold it together.
Built on what used to be a refuse dump, GetBird kicked off during the madness of 202 and is now a solid gathering space for locals. Our job though was to find out if this sandwich is actually worth your R250.
