ingredients
4 c cake flour
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c white sugar
12 pieces egg yolk
1 c oil
1 c milk
4 Tbsp vanilla extract
16 pieces egg white
1 1/2 c white sugar
2 tsp cream of tartar (or lime juice, lemon juice, vinegar)
