Bali Beautiful Villa V Uluwatu | Expectations VS Reality | I seriously thought a tsunami was coming

Описание: One of the impressive places in my Bali trip.
we stayed here with my husband and 4 years old girl. But I will not recommend travel with young kids. There are about 300 stairs to walk down to the villa or walk up back to the shops in the town.

On the 1st night we experienced a massive storm
and I didn't sleep the whole night.
The was water leaking from the
windows/ door frames and a horrific banging
sound from the door frame. I seriously thought
a tsunami was coming. The next day morning,
a massive storm exploded a power station nearby,
which meant we had no electricity and no water.

Unfortunately, we experienced 2 big
stormy nights during our stay.
The last night we didn't sleep at all.
We are very happy to experience this place,
but I will notrecommend to travel with young kids,
and during the monsoon season.

Another important thing to take note
of is during HIGH TIDE.
When I think about it, I am still terrified.
The 1st night we left the villa at 630pm to
go to the restaurant. You have to walk past
the beach to get there. When I just came
down from the stairs, a big wave hit me,
and almost pulled me away.

I can't imagine if my little girl standing next
to me WITHOUT HOLDING MY HAND.
I couldn’t enjoy the dinner because the waves were
starting to crash into the entrance of the restaurant.

Also, thhe whole area is dark, and there
are no lights to guide you. At this point, the
host should inform the guests about the
potential dangers of high tide. But unfortunately, they didn’t.
