🍧 Kwik Keto Ice Cream 🍧
It's zero sugar, creamy, and sweet "ice cream" ready in 10 minutes. It tastes delicious, surprisingly tastes close to actual ice cream, and is very high in protein.
10g is a little on the high side for net carbs, but you can dial that back by reducing the yogurt or whipped cream.
3/4 C Greek non-fat yogurt
1 tsp Stevia
1 tsp Choc Zero white chocolate syrup
1 tsp Sugar-free chocolate syrup
4 Tbsp Reddi Wip
1. Put yogurt in a bowl, then mix in the stevia and Choc Zero syrup.
2. Freeze for ~10 min.
3. Top with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
126 Cal.
Net Carbs 10g, Fat 2g, Protein 17g.
