Cheese Pie :
🧀 Cheese Quiche – Easy and Tasty Recipe
📝 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
1 pie crust (shortcrust pastry)
200 g (about 1 ½ cups) your leftover cheese & shredded cheese (Emmental, Gruyère, Comté, cheddar, or a mix)
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream (25 cl) or creamy cheese
(Optional )½ cup milk or water (10 cl)
Salt & pepper
(Optional) A pinch of nutmeg
Chilli, herbs ...

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 22O°C (428°F).
2. Prepare the crust
Place the pie crust into a tart pan.
Prick the bottom with a fork.
3. Make the filling
In a large bowl, whisk the 3 eggs, then add:
the heavy cream
the milk
salt & pepper
nutmeg (optional)
Mix until smooth.
4. Add the cheese
Stir in the shredded cheese.
5. Pour and bake
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Smooth the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

🧀 Cheese-Filled phyllo Pastry (Cheese Delights)
📝 Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 22O°C (428°F).A muffin platter
2 phyllo sheets (can be brick as well )
your leftover cheese
200 g (about 1 ½ cups) shredded cheese
(Emmental, mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, or a mix)
1 portion of creamy cheese (optional: Laughing Cow, cream cheese, Kiri, etc.)
1 egg (optional, to bind the filling)
Melted butter or oil for brushing
Pepper, herbs (oregano, parsley, thyme…) to taste nuts leftover veggies
