How I organize my solo trainings pt.1:
EXERCISE 1= make a 20-40 minutes of warm-up. Try, also, to improove your technique (like jibes or jumps)
EXERCISE 2: set the timer to 10 minutes and jibe every 30 seconds.
EXERCISE 3: set the timer to 3 minutes and go full-power down wind. Jibe every 30 seconds.
You can repeat the last 2 exercises all the times you want (around 3 times).
After the training, remeber to make some stretching to prevent muscular pain.
