In this video, I will be addressing some of the frequently asked questions with regards to our pricing plans.

1. What is the difference between each of the pricing plans?

One question we get asked is, what is the difference between each of your pricing plans? The only difference is your office size, or in other words usage. If your daily appointment volume is 10 or fewer, you will be falling in the Basic plan. And if it’s more than 10 and below 20, you will be in the Pro plan. And for large offices that averages more than 20 appointments daily, they will be falling in the Premium plan.

There is no difference in the features between each of the plans. The features you get in the Premium plan, you get the same features in the Basic plan as well.

2. Our appointments vary each day. Some days we have 5, and some days we have 15 appointments. How to determine our pricing plan?

We understand that you might have a scenario like this. You don’t need to look for the appointment volume on a daily basis, you can take the average for any given week. For e.g. let’s say, your total appointments for a week is about 50, divide it by 5, and then you get the average daily appointment volume.

3. Does the pricing change on a monthly basis?

No. The pricing plan doesn’t change on a monthly basis.

Let me explain when or how it will change. Let’s say you are currently on a Basic pricing plan averaging about 10 appointments/day, and at some point, you are grown to a bigger office, and consistently (for a 6-month) averaging about 15-20 appointments a day, at that point, we will have a conversation with you and negotiate on the pricing. So, the pricing would not change automatically without your approval.

4. We currently use another service for reminders/confirmations, and we are happy with it, but we like your other features like the Office Mobile App, Google Reviews, Text 2 Pay, etc. Can we just use the features that we want at this time?

Absolutely! Let us know which features you would like to use, and we can tell you how much it cost.
