I have over the years been blessed by association with stellar musicians, both vocal and instrumental. Here we have the young master pannist, Japhon, the artistic Apothecary. Combining with the standout drummer Dwayne Mussington for the first time as a trio, the chemistry was instant. We were able to record this September jam, the big EWF hit, in our first session.
The joy was evident, easily seen in the body language and reactions. We got a chance to experience some of Japhon’s awesome repertoire of licks. Listen as he goes through his paces, it’s well worth it.
This has been a labour of love. In order for these musings to be more accessible I have launched a YouTube channel.
