TODAY'S RECIPE IS Do You Have Mangoes in Home? Try This Incredible Delicious Recipe | New Mango Bread Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
One ripe mango
Egg (you can skip egg)
Blend until smooth
All purpose flour 2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Yeast 2 tsp
Mix well
Add mango egg mixture
Mix well
Warm milk 3-4 tbsp (add gradually)
Oil 3 tbsp
Knead for 10 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some oil
Rest for 60-90 mins
Divide
Put some mango jam
Greased pan
Rest for 10 mins
Brush cold water
Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Brush butter
Cover with damp cloth
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
