WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Marbel Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Mango marble cake
Sugar 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 4 tbsp
Mix well
Divide batter
Mango puree 2 tbsp
Yellow food color
8 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Vanilla batter 1 tbsp
Mango batter 1 tbsp
Repeat the process
Swirl with a tooth pick
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
